Changing Tempo After Adding Empty Bars in Cubase

When working with video in Cubase, one may need to change the tempo of empty/negative bars without altering the alignment of the video and its audio track. 

Of you were to simple adjust the tempo at bar -1 to match the tempo of bar 1, the video would not be aligned at bar 1. Follow these steps to ensure that your video stays aligned with its audio when you adjust the tempo of negative bars:
