Tape Slow Down or Speed Up Effect

This sounds like a record starting up or stopping. Quick. Dirty. You can make this faster than your microwave coffee.

1. Select the clip you want to slow down
2. Create a Fade
3. Right click (control-click or 2 finger click) on the fade and select “Slow Down” or “Speed Up”
