On Campus Services - Spring 2021
For the Spring 2021 semester, all visits must be reserved in advance. Our open facilities are located at 150 Mass Ave. Only those students, faculty and staff who are participants in the hybrid semester may come on campus.
Facilities and Hours of Operation
The Library 150 Massachusetts Avenue Facility Open Hours (by appointment only):
- Monday-Friday, 11:00AM to 6:30PM (EST)
- Sunday 4:00 to 7:30 PM (EST)
Library Materials and our Library Takeout Service
The following library materials are available for check out:
- Books and Scores
- CDs and DVDs
- CD Drives
In order to borrow these materials patrons need to place a hold on them in the catalog.
The following materials are currently not available for check out:
- Reserve Collection
- Limited Access Collection
Patrons may have limited digital access to these materials by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Reserve a Workstation or Piece of Equipment
All workstations include 61 key MIDI controllers (excepting PC stations).
1st floor, 6 iMac Pro and 4 Laptop workstations.
1st floor, 3 PC desktop workstations, bring your own VR headset.
2nd floor, 5 iMac workstations.
2nd floor, 5 iMac workstations
2nd floor, 8 iMac workstations.
There is a catalog of gear including MIDI controllers, audio interfaces, synthesizers and immersive media tech that is available to use.
The majority of equipment may only be used in the CTC–be sure to make a CTC workstation reservation.
A limited number of items, typically used for specific courses, may be taken out of the facility–be sure to also schedule a pickup and drop off time (below).

For Spring 2021, The Library printing devices have been taken offline in order to maintain proper COVID-19 protocols.
Printing devices are available in room A15 in the 150 Massachusetts Ave. building.
