INDMUSIC is a global rights administration network and YouTube multi-channel network with digital tools and services to increase revenue and audience development on YouTube. Acquired in 2016 by Live Nation, INDMUSIC is now known as Live Nation Video Network and still helps its partners monetize their content at higher ad rates without sacrificing creative control or rights to their content.
Jon Baltz is a digital music professional developing independent artists through multi-platform video strategies.  Jon currently serves as the Operations Manager of Live Nation’s Video Network.  Formerly Jon was the co-founder of industry leading YouTube network INDMUSIC and has appeared on Bloomberg News and spoken at SXSW, CMJ, NY Music Week, and others. Jon holds a BS in Marketing from University North Carolina at Wilmington.
Niki Giermasinski is a flautist and Account Manager at Live Nation Video Network. A musician first, Niki brings this insight into her work building and optimizing artists’ digital strategies. Her own highlights include performances at Jordan Hall, Carnegie Hall and Boston Symphony Hall. Niki graduated from Berklee College of Music with a dual degree in Performance and Music Business/Management in 2015.
