Stan Getz Library Bookmark Design Contest
Thank you to everyone who made the first ever Stan Getz Library contest a huge success! All of the 24 submissions we received were thoughtful and well designed. Our judges, which included Elisabeth Nicula (Graphic Designer for the Berklee Communications office), Robert Heath (Creative Principal for Berklee Press), Ross Bresler (Associate Professor of Liberal Arts--Art History and ProArts Consortium liaison), and Joe Miglio (Associate Professor of Music Business/Management) as well as two members of the library staff (Zoe Rath and Jaesung Song), worked hard to narrow the pool to only six finalists. Then is was your turn--250 students cast their vote, telling us which bookmark best represented the library to them and who was worthy of this year's grand prize--a 500 GB external hard drive.
The resultant 4 winners, due to an unbreakable tie for the position of grand prize winner, are featured below with our hearty congratulations. Look for these two bookmarks all over campus this fall!
